Il focus di questo gruppo è quello di aiutare a sviluppare una conoscenza acquatica intuitiva e creativa nell’approccio con l’altra persona. Al di là della forma di Watsu 2, andremo ad apprendere posizioni avanzate dove applicare potenti trazioni e stiramenti decisi, uniti a tecniche particolari come i “rolls”, le cosiddette porte al flusso libero, che amplificano la capacità di adeguamento spontaneo a nuove posizioni e transizioni.

Prerequisiti: esito positivo della prova di maestria e aver dato e ricevuto il numero di sessioni richieste

Watsu 3 is a course for people who have given enough Watsu sessions to develop a comfortable intuitive awareness of how to be with another person in the water and who are ready to further adapt and explore outside the form of Watsu 2.

Powerful stretches and advanced techniques including work at the pool wall and on the steps are introduced. Rolls that require a spontaneous adaptation to the new positions they lead you into are presented as a gateway into “Free Flow”

Prerequisite: Watsu 2 with positive evaluation, completion of 20 practice sessions, and a recorded demonstration of mastery.
